Alumni
Many of the services we provided you as a student are available as an alum, though some are not.
Accounts / Passwords
Blackboard
Computer Services / Repair
If you’re having trouble with your computer, there’s a good chance we can help, and we’re significantly less expensive than the “big guys.”
Your Biola email account will stay active for two years even if you haven’t used it. After two years of inactivity your BUBBS account is automatically shut down. If you like, we can set up a new account for you with the “first.last@biola.edu” address.
File Storage
As an alum, online file storage via DigitalLocker is no longer available
Get Computers / Software
If you’d like to purchase a computer, equipment, or software, you can stop by the Computer Store, or look into our selection of used computers and equipment at the IT Helpdesk.
Labs / Classrooms
You can continue to use Biola’s on-campus computer labs and classrooms. Most of your computing needs are provided there, including Microsoft Office.
Network / Wireless
When you’re on campus, you can still use Biola’s wired and wireless networks to get on the Internet with your own computer. You’ll need to Clean Access installed and BiolaSECURE set up, or just use BiolaGUEST.
Phones
Portal / WebReg
You can still log in to the Portal to access most of your Biola academic information such as class schedule, grades, and financial aid. Information on this is found on our page.
Print / Copy
You can also print and copy your documents in the labs and classrooms - even from your own computer at home (though that might be more trouble than it’s worth).
Security
The provided student anti-virus software is only licensed for current students.
