Contact UsEmployees come to work at Biola through many avenues and sources. Present employees may refer candidates for employment. To encourage and reward the recruiting efforts of employees who are instrumental in referring effective employees to Biola, a finder's reward has been instituted.
All regular full-time and part-time exempt (01) and non-exempt (02) employees (with the exception of employees in Human Resources) are eligible to participate in this program. Also, management employees are not eligible for reward, when referring applicants for their own departments.
For an existing employee to receive a reward, a new employee should indicate on the employment application that the existing employee referred him/her to Biola. Once the new employee completes six months of continuous employment with Biola (in a regular position that is 20 hours/week or more), the employee who made the referral will receive $100.
